‘Respecting landscapes, building lives’
The Police Training Center is spread across a 150-acre rugged landscape on the edge of a river. The extensive site is characterized by hills and valleys of great lengths and depths with a variation of 20m from the edge of the river to the highest point.
Requirement of the project is complex as there are different users with a specific task during the day. The 2500 cadets will spend 9 months of their time on this campus to train to become constables.
The masterplan is planned in such a way that it would cater to the specific needs of the cadets and trainees and their rigorous schedules. In addition, the masterplan is extendable to 5000 cadets.
