‘Contextually driven’

Introducing our design proposal for 12 tightly packed townhouses in Dubai. The idea is to create a sense of space, identity and privacy in a vast residential neighborhood. In addition, we have taken cues from traditional Islamic architecture whereby the mashrabiya, an important design element, will allow for privacy as well as protection from the harsh sun.

This will be KGA’s first project built abroad.
